MEET LISA WITT

Lisa graduated from ASU School of Law and worked from 1990 to 1993 as a prosecutor where she tried over one hundred cases before judges and juries.  In 1993, she opened her solo defense practice working exclusively in criminal defense.  She possesses a rare combination of left-brained analytical ability and right-brained creativity that she uses to extensively analyze and create an effective legal defense personalized for each client.  She is not afraid to take a case to trial.  Lisa works independently of large law firms so she can invest herself intellectually and emotionally in each client’s case.  Her skillful legal research and writing further enhance her pretrial and trial practice resulting in dismissals, reduced charges, and/or reduced sentences.

Lisa is a member of Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice where she serves on the Legislative and Amicus Committees.  She is also a member of the Federal Bar Association-Phoenix Chapter.

 

Lisa is a licensed member of the State Bar of Arizona and has been admitted to practice before the U.S. Federal District Court of Arizona and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals
