HOW MUCH DOES A QUALITY CRIMINAL DEFENSE COST IN ARIZONA?
Arizona has a harsh, rigid statutory sentencing scheme and County Attorneys who seem more interested in incarceration and punishment than justice and rehabilitation. You know that you need experienced, analytical and zealous representation but how will you be able to afford it?

FREE EXPERTS (MOST ATTORNEYS DON'T KNOW ABOUT)
Felony cases often need private investigators, mitigation specialists or other experts that can add thousands of dollars on top of legal fees. Many defense attorneys either don’t know or don’t care enough to obtain free experts hired at county expense for poor clients. Lisa knows how to request experts for her clients; so far, she has a very high success rate in doing so regardless of their income. She once had a client who was a disbarred attorney who she didn’t think would qualify as poor; to her surprise, he did and was appointed an expert at county expense. Federal financial assistance for experts is even more complex than county assistance, but Lisa has had great success jumping through the federal hoops.
Trying to locate community resources in the Valley can be very frustrating. Lisa has created a community resource list for clients and their families that she keeps updated on topics concerning housing, counseling/addiction, and employment.
Clients and their families often need family law, bankruptcy, personal injury and/or civil rights attorneys. Lisa has a referral list of all these types of attorneys. She also has advice on how to pay for them.
